Harold Park: Sydney

The re-imagining of Harold Park Racetrack is one of Australia’s great inner city development stories.

Its 1250 new apartments and terrace homes respect the heritage that surround them and a growing community of 2500 people enjoy four hectares of green spaces and a dynamic, theatrical food and retail precinct containing 18 retailers and providores within a fully refurbished 1904 tram shed.

Harold Park was designed by Mirvac Design, Government Architect’s Office (GANSW), City of Sydney and Hassell.
The precinct was developed by Mirvac who sold all apartments 3 years ahead of schedule and won several awards including Greater Sydney Planning award for Great new place to live and work 2019, The Lloyd Rees award for Urban Design and Lord Mayors award at 2019 NSW Australian Institute of Architects awards and gold in the category of Architecture Multi Residential and 2019 Sydney Design Awards.
